Important Booking Notice
Please note that cancellation policies are not universal. Each individual itinerary/package is subject to its own unique cancellation terms based on travel season, vendor restrictions, and promotional pricing. You should always refer to the specific cancellation policy displayed on your package details and booking receipt.
For standard custom itineraries and group tour packages, the following deduction structure applies unless stated otherwise on the booking documentation:

To request a cancellation or change to your travel booking:
Cancellations must be sent in writing via email. The cancellation timeline will be computed from the time we receive your formal cancellation request.
Refund payments are processed back to the original bank account, credit card, or payment gateway used during the purchase.
Please email all cancellation requests directly to support@travelon.com or your booking coordinator, referencing your Unique Booking ID, guest names, and reason for cancellation.
