1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Travelon Holidays website, mobile channels, or booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform or booking services.

2. Booking Terms & Payment Information

To confirm a reservation through our travel services, the following booking conditions apply:

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all traveler details (full legal names, dates of birth, passport details) provided during booking are correct. Any errors that result in ticket correction fees or service denial are your sole responsibility.
  • Payment Requirements: Standard packages require a partial deposit at the time of booking to secure hotel rooms and private transport blockings. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 days before the trip starts, unless specified otherwise.
  • Pricing: All package prices displayed on our website are subject to availability and currency exchange fluctuations. Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings once deposit has been processed.

3. Travel Documents & Medical Requirements

Travelon Holidays acts as a platform facilitating bookings. Ensuring that you possess appropriate, active documentation is your responsibility:

  • Passports & Visas: For international holiday packages (e.g. Bali, Maldives, Switzerland), you must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates and possess valid visas.
  • Permits: Certain domestic destinations (e.g., Ladakh Inner Line Permits, Andaman forest clearances) require specific documentation which Travelon will help organize, subject to you submitting correct ID documents on time.
  • Health & Travel Insurance: We strongly advise all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, baggage losses, and medical emergencies.

4. Platform Usage & Restrictions

When interacting with the Travelon website and booking portals:

  • You may not use the site for speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
  • No automated scraping, copying of database entries, or replication of content is permitted without prior written consent.
  • You must maintain the security of any login credentials and admin access profiles.

5. Limitation of Liability

Travelon Holidays operates as a travel agency that contracts with third-party service providers (hotels, vehicle operators, airlines, guides):

  • We are not responsible for any personal injury, property loss, or damage resulting from vendor negligence, airline delays, or vehicle failures.
  • We do not control the direct daily operations of third-party vendors.
  • Our maximum liability for any booking error is strictly capped at the amount paid by the customer to Travelon for that specific package component.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of this platform, including custom software, images, layout styling, copy, database setups, and brand logos, belong exclusively to Travelon Holidays or its licensing partners and are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and trade secret laws.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and your relation with Travelon Holidays are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute, action, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with our services, website, or agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
